Hi my amazing people!

Before I get into today's blog post I want to shout out someone so special to me - my brother in love! Olu (some people call him Sam) is a gift to my sister but he's also a gift to me. We are so blessed to have him as part of our family. The way he comes through for me on a regular basis is so appreciated and I'm just so grateful to call him brother. Thank you Olu for everything. This week your actions reminded me of how reliable and caring you are. God will reward you and increase you! Today, I want to talk a little bit about the importance of speaking life which simply means using words that uplift, encourage, and inspire. The Bible teaches that our words have the power to bring life or death, and as followers of Christ, we are called to use our words to speak life, build up others, and glorify God. Ultimately, speaking life is about using the power of words to bring light, healing, and transformation to you as an individual and others.

Speaking life is incredibly powerful as it has the ability to shape our thoughts, emotions, and actions. When we speak positively and affirmatively, we not only uplift ourselves but also those around us. Our words have the power to inspire, encourage, and motivate ourselves and others to reach their full potential. Conversely, speaking negatively can have detrimental effects on our mental and emotional well-being, as well as on the atmosphere around us. By consciously choosing to speak life—words of love, kindness, encouragement, and hope—we create an environment of positivity and empowerment. We cultivate a mindset of strength, optimism, and gratitude, allowing us to overcome challenges and pursue our God given dreams with confidence. In essence, speaking life is not just about the words we say, but about the impact they have on ourselves and the world around us. It is a reminder of the immense power we hold in our words.
