Booking Policy

Appointment Scheduling:

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting our office directly. All sessions are subject to availability.

Payment and Fees:

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Fees for services are outlined on our website or will be provided upon inquiry.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within the specified timeframe will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without additional charges. Cancellations made outside of the specified timeframe may result in a 50% of the session fee cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the session duration. If Ikepo is running behind schedule, every effort will be made to accommodate the full session time.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are subject to a full session fee charge.

Refunds:

Refunds for services rendered are generally not provided. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling:

Clients are allowed to reschedule appointments within the specified cancellation timeframe without incurring additional charges.

Confidentiality:

All information shared during counseling and coaching sessions is confidential. Exceptions will be explained in our initial sessions.

Code of Conduct:

Clients are expected to adhere to a respectful and professional code of conduct during sessions.

Ikepo reserves the right to terminate sessions if a client's behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful.

Contact Information:

It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate contact information for booking and communication purposes.
