Hello out there!

I actually cant believe this is my first blog post in months. A part of me wants to beat myself up for taking such a long break but the other part of me is actually grateful for the time away. Sometimes, stepping back is the only way to step forward with more clarity and purpose. I’ve had a chance to recharge, reflect, and refocus on what truly matters, both in my personal life and in the topics I want to share with you all.
These last few months away from writing has helped me to understand the importance of being kind and patient with myself. Life is not just about constant productivity but also about making significant advancements in any shape or form which I was able to do with my social media accounts. Definitely take some time to catch up on some of my content (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter): keptalk.
I really do not want to make this a long post even though I want to share everything with all of you but I will pace myself. The theme for November is now live (see KepPicks) and I'm extremely pumped about it! I already have a blog post lined up that dives deep in to the theme which will be out this coming Monday. We're hitting this month running ya'll!
In the meantime I leave you with something to ponder on as you step into November embracing gratitude.
Expressing gratitude is powerful and impactful regardless of the timing. I understand November is a month known for its emphasis on thankfulness but it really takes on a deeper meaning. Embracing gratitude consistently, particularly during life's unexpected turns, provides us with stability. It prompts us to recognize the blessings in the present moment while pursuing personal development and transformation in our wellbeing.
This November, concentrating on gratitude can serve as a way to embrace the month with an open heart, prepared for any challenges or lessons learned throughout the month. It's a straightforward yet profound gesture to appreciate the small things: the love of family, the beauty of nature, and the minor triumphs in our daily lives. Gratitude shifts our attention from what's lacking to what's already present, empowering us to approach life with joy, endurance, strength and the grace of God.
As we embark on this new month, let's make a commitment to practicing gratitude daily. Let it shape our days, influence our thoughts and choices, and keep us grounded in the will of God. Yes, the will of God for you and I is to give thanks.
“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
Lastly, I'm sharing a song I've been playing nonstop for days. This song has blessed me immensely. I pray it blesses you as well.
Love you all dearly,
Keps
